The object - 180 patients with complete absence of teeth; the aim - increase of the efficiency of treatment of the patients with edentulous jaws consiolering of the functional state of masticatory muscles during different stages of ortopedic treatment; the methods - clinical, identification of masticatory efficiency, electromiography of maximum optional contraction of masticatory muscles, functional electromiography, statustical; the news - the basic regulastics of the change of amplitude, frequency, time of bioelectric activity and quiescent, coefficient of assimetry and coefficient K of bioelectric activity of the masticatory muscles according to date of loss of the jaws central cosselation have been established, at the first time "coefficient of masticatory type" has been devised, the programme of multiparametral computes analysis of results of the electromiography has been designed; the results - the regulastiies of restoring of the electromiography parameters during treatment using of the complete removable laminar denture prosthesis by means of improwed methods has been demonstrated: all this thesis has been developed by training and medicine practice; the field is medicine.
