Havryliv H. 3 Antenatal and postnatal prevention of dental caries with using of pectincontaining substances.

Object - 230 patients, including 70 pregnant women 18-38 years, 70 teenagers, 70 children in the age of 2 years, 20 volunteers 18-40 years; the aim - increase of efficiency of antenatal and postnatal complex prevention of dental caries with using of new forms of pectincontaining substances of internal and external action; the methods - clinical, experimental, laboratory, morphological, micro-biological; the novelty - for the first time is proved expediency of application of pectincontaining substances in internal and external prevention of caries, is established, that the integrated approach of anticaries action of the developed means of hygiene of oral cavity internal and external orientation consists in simultaneously influence: on firm fabrics of teeth, in increase of adaptation abilities of condition of oral cavity state for anticaries conditions, in restriction of influence of the negative factors of external environment on the organism during the intensive development and formation offirm fabrics of teeth; the results - it was determined , that medical cariesprevention efficiency of pectincontaining hygienic means "Pectodent" is from 35 to 100 %; is introduced into educational process and practical medicine; area - medicine.
