Essay

The object is 157 patients with an essential hypertensia in combination with ischemic heart disease, postinfarction cardiosclerosis with preinfarction progressive and early postinfarction stenocardia; the aim is to analyse the features of current of postinfarction cardiosclerosis at the given category of the patients, study the predictors of the adverse forecast by analyzing of remodelling of left ventricular, vegetative dysfunction and electrophysiology myocardial changes; the metods are clinical, ECG-investigation, Holter ECG-monitoring with the assessing of heart rate variability, echocardioscopia; the new approach - it was examined the features of current of the ischemic heart disease, predictors of the adverse forecast at the given category of the patients, results - it was found out hemodynamic, vegetative and electrophysiological predictors of the adverse forecast, groups of hight lethality; all this thesis has been introduced in training and medical practice. The field is medicine.
