Lapka O. Social and legal protection of militiamen Ukraine (administrative and legal aspect)

Object - public relations which are developed in the sphere of social and legal protection of militiamen; purpose - the wide analysis of contemporary problems concerning of providing a due social and legal protection of militiamen; the complex of measures for development of theoretical provisions and conceptual bases in realization of mechanism of administrative and legal protection of militiamen's development of different proposals concerning contemporary legislation's improvement, which regulates such protection; methods - general dialectical, general scientific, comparative, logiko-semantic, statistical analysis and questionnaire; novelty the mechanism of administrative and legal protection of militiamen is carried out for the first time, by the complex of research measures; hew ideas and directions of development of relations in administrative sphere are explored; different directions of legislation's improvement to the social and legal protection of militiamen are produced; results-materials ofthe dissertation can be used in scientifically research, law-creative, educational, law-enforcement spheres.
