The dissertation is devoted to disclosing of essence modus-intonation situation as the phenomena and concepts. In this connection are considered the making components of them - intonation and modus - in theoretical, historical, psychological aspects. Three levels make modus-intonation situation, as the phenomenon, which is organized difficultly: elementary, structural also composite - plots.
