Anastasiya P. Mechanism of management of creation of science intensive production in the scientific - technological sphere' organizations

The object is scientific - technical and innovative activity of the scientific - technological sphere' organizations; the objective is to develop a theoretical and methodical basis for forming of management mechanism of science intensive production in the framework of innovation development model; the methods are scientific information gathering and processing methods, mathematical and statistical methods. The dissertation provides rationale of the economic sense of the "science intensive production" concept, give own treatment, classification and grounds for its functions in connection with market relations. The dissertation explains the essence and comprises components of the management mechanism of science intensive production process. Reveal key trends and to summarize factors restraining development of organizations, which operate in scientific - technological sphere in Ukraine. Improved value of state regulation and support in the high technology production process. The paper suggests the main directions for perfect of an organizational and financing ensuring of science intensive products process. The paper proposes the methodology of assessment of the cost of science intensive products operating in a market conditions. The author suggests a procedure of managerial decision-taking process which are aimed at reduction of output terms and resource saving.
