Object of research: 134 patients with chronic purulent maxillary sinuitis. Aim of research: Increasing of treatment and rehabilitation effectiveness of patients suffering from chronic purulent maxillary sinuitis on the base of using of curative-rehabilitative photochromic antiseptic technology in the complex with probiotics intrasinus injection. Methods and implements of research: Clinical, microbiological, immunological, biochemical; Heliy-neon laser, ultrasound apparatus, spectrophotometer, luminometer. Theoretical results and novelty: the modified methodic of photochromic antiseptic in complex with probiotics is worked out and implemented into otolaryngological practice. The rationality of the method, high efficiency, safety and accessibility were proved. Practical results: Using of photochromic antiseptic technology in complex with probiotics does not have contraindications and complications, particularly indicated in the case of allergization and sensibilization to antibiotics, helps to increase of organism protective power by renewing mucociliar transport function, increasing of colonization and adhesive qualities of normal participants of microbiocenosis, which helps to decrease prevalence of relapses. Methodical recommendation "Laboratory diagnostics of purulent inflammatory diseases caused by asporogenus anaerobus microorganisms" Kharkiv,2002, are worked out and approved by Public Health Ministry of Ukraine. Subject and stage of implementation: New theoretical and practical elaboration; implemented into curative process of medical establishments. Effectiveness of implementation: receiving of new Sphere of using: Medical establishments.
