The dissertation is dedicated to issues of higher efficiency in treatment and prophylaxis of permanent teeth caries with children heving chronic tonsillitis and those after tonsillectomy,voted to the study of the derangement of mineral metabolism in the oral cavity of the children and substantiation of the use of the medical-prophylactic complex. Complex measures were developed for prophylaxis and treatment of permanent teeth caries in this category of children,name including intake of "Biokalcevit" active additive, sealing of intact fissures with sealing compounds and covering of smooth surfaces with bifluorine "Fluor-protector" preparation
