Sydorova N. Heart ventricles and microcirculation functional state in patients with unstable angina and their changes under conditions of transdermal nitrate therapy.

The object are patients with stable and unstable angina, diffusive cardiosclerosis; the aim is to dedicate heart ventricles and microcirculation functional status studying in patients with unstable angina in treatment dinamics and increasing of its effectiveness by working out of differential recommendations concerning transdermal nitrates prescribtion; the methods aredopplerechocardiography, bulbar conjunctivas biomicroscopy and statistical methods; the new approach - for the first time heart ventricles and microcirculation functional state complex evalution in patients with unstable angina in comparison with those in patients with stable angina on exertion and diffusive cardiosclerosis in consequence of ischemic heart disease has been carried out; their changes during therapy with transdermal nitroglycerine using have been shown in different regimens; results - the investigation carried out allowed to reveal prediction criteria of reaction character parameters of left ventricle systolic and diastolic function on such therapy and to reveal predictors of toleranse development to nitroglycerine; all this thesis has been developed in the departments of cardiology clinic in Main military clinical hospital; the field is medicine
