Essay

In dissertation is representing the results of clinical-statistic researches in 367 victims with traumatic damages of maxillo-facial area, and also clinical, X-ray and complex of electromyography researches, taken in 90 victims with mandibular fractures (49 abusing and 41 not abusing due to alcohol). As result of seen out researches is definite in level of alcohol abuses, which are exposed to the peculiarities of socially-demographic status, flow and treatment of traumatic damages of maxillo-facial area in alcohol abuses, worked up, clinically grounded and inculcated in health protection practice with new effective treatment scheme of mandibular fractures in alcohol abuses, providing for reparation processes optimization of the mandible and functional rehabilitation of neuromuscular apparatus of maxillo-facial area in this specific victims category.
