Essay

The thesis is devoted to problems of development and research of a method of metrology maintenance of production have a difficult spatial configuration, with use of optical speckle-effect. In activity the comparative analysis of modern methods and means of measurement of a configuration is conducted. The theoretical and experimental substantiation of the developed speckle-method is submitted. The devices of measurement of a configuration are developed. The outcomes of experimental measurements are adduced. The efficiency of use of a speckle-method in devices of measurement working under production conditions is proved. The analysis of errors of a speckle-method is conducted. The outcomes of influence of an environment on accuracy of measurement of a configuration are appreciated.
