Tsarenko V. Active duty military men's sense of justice forming in the Border Guard Troops of Ukraine.

Complex investigation of the essence, structure and functions of the active duty military men's sense of justice in the Border Guard Troops of Ukraine has been put into practice in this thesis. The level of the active duty military men's sense of justice in the Border Guard Troops of Ukraine has been defined by the author. He offered the definition of personality's sense of justice and the model of the active duty military men's sense of justice in the Border Guard Troops of Ukraine. Legal education of this category of military men, its goal and tasks have been defined. The analysis of legal education measures, forms and methods has been accomplished. Some ammendments to the Border Guard Troops regulations as to the Ukrainian border protection has been offered.
