Pityk E. Cliniko-psychopathological features of nonpsychotic mental disorders at the participants of liquidation of consequences of failture on Chernobyl NPP and their correction (systematic analysis of the problem).

The dissertation offers the results of investigation of nonpsychotic mental disorders at 177 participants of liquidation of consequences of failture on Chernobyl NPP from the position of systematic approach. It was ascertained, that complex interaction of social-psychological and biological factors and mechanisms are in the basis of this pathology, and integral pathodynamic system is formed by this mechanisms. A role of the mechanisms of psychologic protection in the structurization of the clinical presentation is revealed, primary mechanisms of psychologic protection are described depending on the type of psycologic organization. The notion about role of brain neurodynamic and central haemodynamic breaches as biological base pathogenetic links of nonpsychotic mental disorders at liquidators is amplified. Main gemodynamic patterns at the liquidators of the Chernobyl accident consequences with nonpsychotic mental disorders were determined. Efficiency of cognitive-behavioural and client-centered psychotherapy in their complex correction was shown.
