Kryvonis T. Optimization combined treatment of patients with depressive disorders.

With the help of the complex of clinical, clinical-psychological, psycho-diagnostic methods the conditions and some psychological mechanisms of the depressive disorders forming were specified. It was clarified that the depressive disorders of the neurotic level are formed because of the pathogenic influence of the chronic factors of the psychic traumatization. These factors make the development of the clinical depressive states of the cyclothymic registry quicker. Some pathopsychological mechanisms of the depressive disorders forming were defined, among which quite a big part is given to the personal character accentuation, level of the alexetymic index, state of the frustration tolerance of the person. Clinical psychopathological peculiarities of the neurotic and cyclotymic depressive disorders with their clinical modality consideration were investigated. Effectiveness of the methods of the short-term group psychodynamically oriented therapy and aromatherapy in the combined treatment of the depressivedisorders were proved. Peculiarities of the clinical picture dynamics of the depressive disorders and selective activity of the depressive registry symptoms under the influence of the combined treatment were defined.
