Investigation objects: 4-spirosubstituted di-, tetrahydropyridine-2-thiones, pyperidine-2-thiones and heterocyclic systems on its base. Purpose: synthesis of 4-spirocycloalkane-3-cyano(carbamoyl, alkoxycarbonyl)substituted di-, tetrahydropyridine-2-thiones and pyperidine-2-thiones by Michael reaction, study of its structure and possible transformation ways. Methods: X-ray structural analysis, 1H NMR, IR and mass-spectroscopy, elementary analysis. Borders of the Michael reaction's use for obtaining of early unknown functional substituted partly hydrogenated 4-cyclohexanespiropyridines with mercaptofunction have been estimated. It was found the dependence of reaction's direction from the reagent's structure and catalyst. Compete process is the exchange of methylene components. Regioselectivity of pyridinehalkogenones interaction, which contain some nucleophilic centers, with alkilated agents have been study. Degree of application: creating of new pyridine's derivations with antyoxidant activity.
