Essay

The dissertation is devoted to improvement of diagnostics and increase of efficiency of treatment of a chronic alcoholic pancreatitis, and also an establishment of a degree of risk of development of disease depending on group of blood, presence in a phenotype of patients of different antigenes of leukocytes and a Rhesus-factor. It is shown, that the alcoholic pancreatitis has two variants of current: parenchymatous and indurative-obstructive. Everyone from these variants has features of clinical displays, functional and structural changes of a pancreas, associates with various antigenes of system HLA antigenes of the person. The risk of development of disease raises at group of blood And (II), combinations of antigenes of Rhesus factor CDе. It is developed a new diagnostic index on the basis of parameters of the ultrasonic histogram of the pancreas, allowing to carry out differential diagnostics between the basic клинико-pathogenetic variants of an alcoholic pancreatitis.
