In work have given the results of study clinical pathogenetic peculiari-ties of chronic bronchitis (CB) on of repeated anginas. As result at patients have a syndrome metabolic toxicoses, that characterized by rise standard of "middle molecule", metabolic the POL and activation of enzymes of system antioxydant protection, and also infringe-ments of immune parameters, moderate increase of a level of circulating imune сomplex and decrease of concentration Ig M. Inclusion erbisol at dietimol in the program of treatment of patients with CV on of repeated anginas promote faster liquidation of clinical symptoms of anginas and further - to disappear-ance of symptoms CB; promoted liquidation the second immunodeficiency and normalization biochemical indices. Realization medical reabilitation these pa-tients using preparation of vegetable origin proteflazid after discharge from hos-pital allowed to avoid exacerbation CB.
