Essay

This dissertation is devoted to investigation of exocytosis kinetic changes from rat chromaffin cells under different types of stimulation. It was shown, kinetics phases of release process were distinct during stimulation by acetylcholine and cell depolarization. However only ACh-receptors activation were play a part in exocytosis processes maintenance during permanent stimulation of cells. Moreover, kinetic properties of the individual secretory responses significantly depend on type of stimulation. Developed biophysics simulation was assumed that such alterations might cause by changing secretory pore radius. It has concluded, receptor-mediated processes can interact with specific proteins that participated on the final phases of fusion vesicle with membrane may change their conformation structure, that leading to increase total pore radius and acceleration of exocytosis kinetics processes.
