In the given research work the process of the diagnostics and psycho correction of the professional frustration of teachers is investigated. On the basis of the analysis of the psychological and pedagogical literature the author gives and discloses the scientific approaches to the problem of the frustrations, defines their essence, types and reasons of their appearing and genesis. The researcher reveals the specific character of the pedagogical activity in the context of studying the frustration. In the research work the author analyses the peculiarities of the influence of the mechanism of the psychological protection on the development of the professional frustration of the teachers The author develops and introduces the program of the diagnostics and psycho correction of the frustrating of the teachers. The ways, methods and models of the diagnostic and psychocorrectional work are developed and presented. The program of the psychocorrectional work on the overcoming of the frustrations of the teachers is proposed and approved. The priority of choice of group methods of psycho correction process is shown. The effectiveness of psychocorrectional program has been confirmed in the course of forming and controlling experiments.
