Nguyen V. Differential diagnostics of exudative pleurisies of tubercular and cancer etiology by the laser correlation spectroscopy of blood plasma and pleural exudate

Object of research - pleurisies of tubercular and cancer etiology. The purpose - to rise the effectiveness of differential diagnostics of exudative pleurisies of tubercular and cancer etiology. Methods of researches - clinical, X-Ray, laboratory, ultrasonic, bacteriological, endoscopical, citological, histological, laser correlation spectroscopy of a blood plasma and pleural exudate. Results - it was firstly revealed, that the laser correlation spectroscopy of a blood plasma allows to differentiate exudative pleurisies of a tubercular etiology from exudative pleurisies of cancer etiology at 70-72 % of cases, the laser correlation spectroscopy of pleural exudate - 78-80 % of cases, and the simultaneous application of laser correlation spectroscopy of blood plasma and pleural exudate - in 89 % of cases. It was proposed the usage of laser correlation spectroscopy of blood plasma and pleural exudate as a new method of differential diagnostics of exudative pleurisies of tubercular and cancer etiology.
