Soynikova V. Clinical typology and prognostic criteria of the flow of tobacco dependence remission.

The work presents the clinic of therapeutic and spontaneous remissions development and flow in 216 patients with tobacco dependence. Three clinical types of the remission flow are singled out: asymptomatic one, a residual one with neurosis–like symptoms and asymptomatic one with hyperthymia. Dependence of the types of therapeutic remission flow on clinical forms of tobacco dependence were determined. Clinical and prognostic criteria of the remission flow in patients with tobacco addiction were defined. It was shown the forms of tobacco dependence and types of the therapeutic remission’s clinic had prognostic criteria of its duration and quality. The research results allow the terms of development and duration of therapeutic remission to prognosticate in patients with tobacco addiction as well as their quality and, by taking it into consideration, to maintain, supportive and anti-recurrence therapy aimed at the increase of treatment measures efficacy and prolongation of the period for non-smoking of tobacco produce.
