Hordei O. Financial maintenance of public well-being

The thesis contains a complex research of the theory and practice of financial maintenance of public well-being was carried out. Conceptual bases of public well-being were determined. The financial methods of public's well-being maintenance were determined. The state financial methods of maintenance of public well-being taken the central place in Ukraine for maintenance of well-being of the population. The structure of financial resources and the budgetary mechanism in realization of the purposes of public well-being was considered. The concepts and components of the budget of well-being and the social budget was proving. The activity of financial institutions was theoretically acceptable, with the help of which the redistribution of the incomes of the population was carried out, the effective path to economic growth and to reaching increase of public well-being was ensured. As an economic-mathematical model of operating regulation of well-being of the population, and graphic model were developed. Directions of improvement of financial maintenance of public well-being were offered.
