In work the questions of diagnostics of a functional condition of salivary gland in patients with differentiated thyroid cancer under influence of radioiodine therapy are considered used sialoscintigraphy.We investigated 200 patients with differentiated thyroid cancer. Are certain most informative parameters of a quantitative estimation of salivary gland function: coefficient of concentration and coefficient of excretion. Only these parameters allow to reveal dependence of a functional condition of salivary gland from age of patients, term, past ambassador radioiodine therapy, sizes medical activities 131I, volume of a residual thyroid tissue and absorbed doze in residual thyroid tissue.
