Object of investigation - the Bi-Sb solid solutions gradient crystals. Aim of investigation - the elaborating of new growth method and the growth conditions of Bi-Sb solid solutions gradient crystals with a lattice parameter gradient up to 1%/cm along the bulk. Methods of investigation: the modified Czochralski method with Sb feeding, the method of chemical etching, the optical and microscope, EPMA method, multichip scheme X-ray difractometry methods. Theoretical and practical results: The growth method of Bi-Sb alloys gradient crystals by a modified Czochralski method with Sb feeding was elaborated. Тhe gradient single crystals of these alloys with a lattice pa-rameter gradient of up to 0.972 %/cm were grown with the pulling rate of 0.01 mm/min. Degree of inculcation: The patent for growth method of gradient crystals is received. The method used for growing Bi-Sb gradient single crystals. Field of application: tech-nology of semiconductors materials, X-ray optics.
