It is shown, that there is an interaction on the physical and chemical levels in the PCTFE - AgI system on the border of the phase section. The interaction on the physical level results in displacement of the phase transition temperature in AgI to low temperatures on the value, reaching 4K, that depends on the concentration and chemical nature of the matrix polymer. The interaction on the chemical level results in double-linked and oxygen-containing group molecule increasing in the polymer surface layers with the filler particles. In consequence of that the increase of conductivity is experimentally observed in the PCTFE - AgI system composites and electro-magnetic SHF-field that is connected with the mechanism of ionic conductivity in disperse AgI and electronic conductivity in polymer macromolecules with double links in the surface layer. Dilatometrical investigations have shown that the PCTFE - AgI system may have any long expansion temperature coefficient the limits from to К-1 in dependence to thefiller concentration and the sample way of processing, that will allow to use composite systems as films and coverings for lining with free long expansion temperature coefficient.
