The thesis is devoted to complex research of peculiarities of forming and functioning of foreign trade routine of Ukraine. The conceptual proposals aimed at improvement of foreign trade regulation system of Ukraine oriented towards national economy and possibilities of its integration into world economy have been developed on the basis of the analysis, foreign and home background, methods, means and instruments of the foreign trade routine.
