In the work are studied regularities of formation of heterogeneous structure of the group of wear-resistant CCM on base of cast iron with compact graphite, alloying with high copper additive (Cu - 4 15 % mass). It is make up by that high-copper E-phase may by of shaping the shell around primary crystalloid of the graphite in the structure of castings. It is form of the separation of E-phase of CCM is the most rational, from position of tribotechnical properties. The CCM are recommended for as a substitute for expensive and difficult-to-obtain triboalloys
