Orysyk V. Synthesis and chemical conversions of condenced systems on base of 2-thioquinazolin-4-one derivatives

Study of heterocyclization reactions of 2-(2-propynylthio)- and 2-(2-propenylthio)-4(1H)-quinazolinone derivatives under action of electrophilic and nucleophilic reagents. Thiazolo- and thiazinoquinazolinones angular and linear structures may form depending on cyclizing agent nature, was demonstrated. Trihydrothiazinoquinazolin-6-ones rearranges that was accompanied by contraction of cycle under heating in solution of ethanol-dimethylsulphoxide, was stated. A convenient method to prepare functionalized angular thiazoloquinazolinones based on nucleophilic substitution reaction of halogens in products of bromo- or iodo-cyclization of 2-(2-propynylthio)-4(1H)-quinazolinone. Synthesized compounds ability to effect on isolated myocardium and vascular preparations under conditions their damage and to act as antioxidants was stated.
