Essay

Phonetic peculiarities of the word in different periods of the German language development. The aim is to find out the peculiarities of establishing the tendencies of phonetic structure of the word in the German language. The methods employed are: descriptive, comparative-historical, probabilistic-statistical, electro-acoustic. The scientific novelry lies in obtaining peculiarities of phonetic structure of the word and tendencies of its change in the German language based in the comprehensive analysis of single-rooted structures in Old High German, Middle High German and Early Modern High German texts. The resulrs of the investigation can be applied in theoretical courses in history of the German language, in special courses.The sphere of usage - higher school.
