Essay

The thesis is devoted to investigation of peculiarities of immune reactivity of children born from clean-up workers of the Chernobyl NPP accident. Is shown, that in a basis of immune violations of these children the modifications of structurally functional properties of membranes of immunocompetent cells are accompanied by reduction of expression of their receptors and reduction of functional activity. It educes on a background of activation of processes of lipids peroxidation and depressing antioxidate guard. The pathogenetic approaches to immunorehabilitation of this quota are justified.
