Clinicopathophysiological peculiarities of vasomotor rhinitis course at prolonged application of nasal decongestants. The object is vasomotor rhinitis at prolonged application of nasal decongestants. The aims are to increase efficiency of the treatment of a vasomotor rhinitis and prophylaxis of medicamental dependence to nasal decongestants. The methods of research are clinical, functional, immunological, morphological. The new approach lies in establishment of risk factors of medicamental dependence to nasal decongestants, influence of a long-time use of nasal decongestants on vegetative nervous system state, nasal and cerebral haemodinamic, local immunity, structural functional state of nasal mucosa, causes of unsatisfactory results of treatment of vasomotor rhinitis. The necessity of correction of vegetative disturbance which make risk factors of medicamental depend-ence to nasal decongestants at treatment of a vasomotor rhinitis is proved . The field of application is medicine.
