Vygovs'ka O. Clinico-pathogenetic significance of violation of parameters of a cellular link hemostasis in children with diphtheria

The dissertation is devoted to studying morpho-functional properties of platelets, erythrocytes of a peripheral blood, a condition of systems of curtailing of blood and phybrinolys in children with diphthe-ria. Results of inspection of 112 children with diphtheria, in the age of from 1 till 15 years are dis-played. It is determined, that at the all forms of a diphtheria in children have infringements of the parameters describing morpho-functional properties of platelets and erythrocytes of blood as changes of quantita-tive and qualitative parameters of blood cells (average quantity platelets, erythrocytes, their average volume, trombocrit, hematocryt, the contents of hemoglobin, the average contents, average concentra-tion of hemoglobin in one erythrocytes, quantity retyculocites) and infringements of functional activity of blood cells. Expressiveness, character, duration changes depend on a degree of gravity of current diphtheria, the period of disease, presence of complications as diphtheritic myocarditis. At all children infringements of parameters of systems of curtailing of blood and phybrinolisis as hy-percoagulation, hypocoagulation, oppressions phybrinolisis are defined. Additional criteria of weight and the forecast of a diphtheria are determined on the basis of investigated parameters of a cellular link of system haemostasis, parameters of systems of curtailing of blood and phybrinolisis.
