Shvekher M. THE INFLUENCE OF THE BLOCKAGES AND THE FLEXIBILITY OF THE TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM ON THE RELIABILITY AND PRODUCTIVITY OF ASYNCHRONOUS AUTOMATIZED ASSEMBLAGE LINE

The dissertation is devoted to the issues of providing the productivity and reliability of asynchronous automatized assemblage line which has an ability to change the routes of the product transportation. The work takes into account mutual blockages of the elements based on the modeling and parametrical optimization. The approach of the asynchronous automatized production systems suggested in the dissertation takes into consideration the method of reduction to the worst element. It also takes into account the influence of blockages on the functioning of separate elements as well as of the whole line. The approach also considers the possibility of changing the strategy of product transportation (the transfer omitting a storage device) using iterative procedure. This procedure allows determining the lengths of the queue in a storage device. The tasks of the optimization connected with the provision of the highest possible and a given productivity asynchronous automatized line were solved.
