Halanets' W. Strategic Planning of Agricultural in the System of State Management

Object: conducting of the agrarian reform, the uprise of agricultural production effectiveness. Goal: to research the influence of strategic planning and management on agricultural production development, their necessity for extermination the Lviv Region out of the agrarian crisis. Methods: historic and system approach, statistical analysis, economical-statistical model. Results: the mistakes been made by state management organs are discovered; prior directions of agricultural activity are estimated; the strategy of regional agricultural development and economical-statistical model of development are worked out.
