The technique of the system analysis of the reasons and consequences of an industrial traumatism and synthesis of design decisions is developed and introduced into dissertations with the purpose of increase of efficiency acceptance of decisions at planning a complex of technical, study-tactical and psychological actions of prevention of a traumatism of firemen. The developed technique of an estimation of potential danger of factors of a traumatism of firemen and mathematical model of actions of prevention of an industrial traumatism in fire subitems of the Ministry of Emergency Measures of Ukraine.
