Bun Y. Optimization of natural protective mechanisms of clearing of fabrics of an oral cavity at stages of treatment and rehabilitation of inflammatory illnesses of parodont.

In the dissertation the submitted theoretical generalizations and the scientific decision of a guestion of improvement of hygiene of an oral cavity. Quantitative - quality standard of a hygienic condition for the first time is submitted depending on biocenosis fabrics of parodont, immune and not specific factors local and general (common) rezistantion. It is established, that at a unhygienic condition of an oral cavity and a low level of immune factors of nonspecific protection the cultures of microorganisms highly adapted to parasitism block physiological processes of auto purification of bodies of an oral cavity and by that create conditions to adverse current generalized parodontitis. The carried out (spent) researches prove use at stages of complex treatment and in the period dispanser supervision of developed means "Paragel" and "Aqua-Paragel" which provide processes of physiological auto purification of an oral cavity and that improve results of treatment as a whole.
