Essay

The thesis is devoted to investigation of industrial pulsing centrifuges dynamics. The equations of advancing and angular vibrations are formulated. Vibrations and dynamic stability and also pulsator motion are analysed. A mode of the pulsator motion, centrifuge mass centre motion law and possibility of resonances realisation for centrifuge vibrations are shown. An insensitivity of the centrifuge to parametric excitation and pulsator motion frequency constraints are established. Displacements and forces in bearings are built. The method is proposed and the analysis of full autobalancing conditions is carried out. A possibility of the centrifuge design modernisation by decreasing vibroprotection system mass and its geometry. Results of the work can be used for developing a new generation centrifuge with less metal expending, increased productivity and durability and lower vibroactivity. Key words: pulsing centrifuges, forced vibrations, parametric vibrations, motion stability, rotors autobalancing, geometric and mass modernisation of centrifuge.
