Essay

The thesis is devoted the basis of possibility of the application of dental inner-estcal implants as a support of unremovable constructions of dentures for substitution of minor terminal and included defects. The authar proposed temporary removable immobilizing cowstruction and there was grounded the necessity of cts application at orthopedic treatment stages. There was worked out and proposed the diagnostic complex for the determining of functional condition of parodontium that allows quickly and qualitatively to make the analysis of rheoparodontongrapljcal investigations. In the process of work there were conducted clinico-laboratory investigations which supported the possibility of the effective unremovable prosthetics with implants. There were revealed clinical, mathematical, rheographycal, immunological and histotopograplycal factors of possible prognosis of successfulness of the treatment.
