The animals with the autoimmune thyroiditis model; the patients, which were operated concerning of the autoimmune thyroiditis. Development of the treatment method with the help lasertherapy for the patients, which were operated concerning of the autoimmune thyroiditis. Clinical, histological, ultrasonic, radioimmunologic, immunefermental, immunologic. After laser influence in the rabbit’s thyroid gland with the model of the autoimmune thyroiditis the processes of reparative regenerations and reduction of attributes of the autoimmune aggressions are observed, the thymus structure is normalized. In the postoperative period the thyroid function is decreased due to the activization of the autoimmune processes. Low-intensive laser radiation normalizes immuneregulative index, reduces indexes of antithyroid antibodies, improves the thyroid function and reduces the thyroid volume till six months. The repeated lasertherapy prolongs the disease remission. It was proved in experiment for the first time, that lasertherapy at the rabbits with the autoimmune thyroiditis model restores thyroid and thymus structure, stops the autoimmune aggression in the thyroid gland and stimulates the processes of reparative restitution regeneration. The opportunity of achievement of the clinical-immunological remissions for the autoimmune thyroiditis patients after low-intensive lasertherapy is proved in the distant postoperative period. The results of investigations are used in Kharkov, Lvov, Ternopol, Saint Petersburg, Ryazan. Spheres of using are endocrine medical establishments.
