Voytovych A. Development of Control over Assessment and Consulting Activity in Innovation Area

The object of the research is evaluation and consultancy activities in innovation area in present conditions. The subject of the research encompasses tools of organizing and managing evaluation and consultancy activities in the innovation area, relations between experts and customers of innovation consultancy services, specifics of groups of experts' work within the evaluation and consultancy activities, particulars of expert's motivation in market environment, training of experts. The tasks of research are solved by means of mathematic statistics concerning actual Ukrainian small and medium innovation enterprises, systems analysis of evaluation and consultancy toolkit in the innovation area in transition, experts' opinions as to consultancy actions for innovation objects and raising effectiveness thereof.
