Stadnyk A. Psychopathological peculiarities of formations and principles of neurotic disorders therapy in military men of battle subunits of the Infernal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

In the thesis the data on etiological factors of development, clinical-psychopathological peculiarities and course of neurotic disorders were obtained on the base of clinical-psychopathological, pathopsychological and neurophysiological investigation twas found out that the service with acting arms was a specific factor of psychical traumatization, which had a leading role in formation of neurotic disorders in this contingent of patients. A syndrome structure, clinical-psychopathological peculiarities, electrophysiological and pathophygiological correlates of neurotic disorders in military men of acting subunits were described. Some pathopsychological mechanisms of formation of neurotic disorders in military men serving with acting arm were investigated. A complex approach that was used allowed us to ground scientifically principles of therapy and prevention of neurotic disorders in military men of regular service of the Infernal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
