Об"єкт дослідження - is a phenomtnon of human rights in the period of 15-16 to 20 century. Методи дослідження - hystoric-philosophical, comparative and culturecal analises. Наукова новизна - the developed understanding of human rights as a basis of modern political and legal complex, i.e. the totality of determinant political and legal ideas, norms and imperatives that legitimate social orders. The world outlook prerequisites for forming of the idea of hbmsn ridhts are being analyzed, the stages of its evolution and appropriate transformatoins of its contents are being distinquished. The trends and special features of main lines of opposing to the concept of inalienable human are shown. Практичні результати і новизна - the place and role of the concept of human rights in the formation of the new European civil society, their transformation into the universal political and legal living basis of modern mankind are denermined. Предмет і ступінь впровадження - it is proved that nowadays human rigyts preserve the potential of intersubjective unity of mankind, but their future conclusively depends on solving of fundamental problems arising in the course of globalization. Ефективність впровадження - utilization in educational systematic eloboration. Сфера використання - scientific research, legislative activity, studing process.
