Technology process of termal tensile fastening. Development of absolute heating regimes of visco-elastic ring disks at minimum power wastes. Methods: methods of optimum control theory and fracture mechannics. Mathematic models of technology process of termal tensile fastening with analysis of the fastening elements stress-strain state, power and temperature while heating and cooling are developed. Applicable computer programs are added. According to the results the engeneering metod of calculations is suggested. Spheres of usage are: machine engineering, transport machines, energetics.
