Tkachenko I. Comparative characteristic of different methods of orthopedic treatment of patients with chronic generalized paradontitis of II-III degree.

Analized the roentgenograms of patients of examing groups the author came to the conclusion that the stage of remission was confirmed roentgenically with 75% patents of subgroup 2A, and 72,7% patients of subgroup 2Б. Estimating the indication in subgroup 3A the author defined the stage of remission with 83,3% patients and in subgroup 3Б the indication was 86,3%. On the base of labaratory examinations the author estimated the condition of immunocytes of mucous membrane of gingivae under paradontitis of II and III degree and the guantity of separate subpopulations during different treatment periods depending on choice of splint construction and suggested pathogenetics treatment. As a results of researches the author concluded that in case of appling selfmade cated intracanal splint during 1,5 yeas period of supervision we can note the increasing of MLA-DR+ antigenpresenting cells with direction of movement into epithelium. The anthor noticed a big amount of CD4+ regulator subpopulations of T-cells in thicknen of epithelium and near a basilar membrane. It indicates to normalization of immunologic picture in examining tissue.
