The Dissertation is divoted to development of technological bases steels'es industry to avarious degree of alloyandge, modified by active elements on the basis of the physical-chemical analysis of processes interaction of alloying and modifying additives wish iron-carbon melt and impurity of liquid steel; formations of nonmetallic phase during hardening. Dynamics of increase of a solid phase is given. The way of input of modifiers in liquid metals is offered. The way of indastry mscroalloying and modified steel of calcium-class is developed.
