Oliynik D. Funding provided to agricultural manufacture development

Object of research: financial activity of the agricultural enterprises in the conditions of reforming of the land reform in economy and specific features of forming the financial resources of the Ukrainian agricultural enterprises. Aim of the research: research of management of the financial supply of the agricultural enterprises on the modern stage and development of proposals for the improvement of its methods. Methods: analysis, synthesis, generalization, method of statistical comparisons, macroeconomics and microeconomics analysis, system approach. Theoretical and practical results: substantiation of theoretical bases of financial supply of agricultural establishments, detecting of their specific features in the reforming period, development of proposals for the improvement of its methods. Scientific newness: proved that the further financial activity of the agricultural enterprises requires the revision of the legal ground, introduction of the financial sanitation mechanisms, and improvement of the organizational forms of the entrepreneurship, proposed the mechanism of improvement of financial performance. Proved the necessity of the creation of the conditions for the attraction of the credit resources to the agriculture and utilization of the investments in the way of creation of the land market, increasing of the guarantees for the repayment of the credits and decreasing of the risks, enlargement of the activity of credit cooperative societies and unions, proposed principles, forms and mechanisms of attraction of financial resources. Stage of introduction: results of the research are used by the Department for Agriculture of Khmelnitskiy regional state administration and Ministry of Finance of Ukraine. Effectiveness: propositions on the results of the research allow the increasing the level of financial supply of agricultural production; solve the problem of the revenues and balance of local budgets. Sphere, branch of utilization: main conclusions and propositions of the thesis research may be usedin the activity of the authorities of the state power regulating the agricultural production, in the process of development and improvement of the legal acts, in study process, by the scientific and research establishments and local governing bodies; in practical actions on the financial sanitation of the agricultural enterprises and enlargement of the revenues of the local budgets on this basis.
