Kravtsov D. Legal Regulation of Relations on accidents investigation and registration within an enterprise

Thesis is dedicated to issues researching connected with Legal Regulation of Relations on accidents investigation and registration within an enterprise, as well as their further improving in the conditions of market economy constructing. A notion of an accident within an enterprise was identified, and its qualifying characteristics were discovered, a qualification of accidents was developed: circumstances that should be the basis for commission to make conclusions concerning accident character and its consequences were determined. The reasons of accidents were investigated and ways of their preventive measures were proposed. Based on it specific proposals were developed regarding the current legislation improving in the field of labour protection. Research results have been formed as drafts of amendments and additions to the Labour Law Code and other standard acts of Ukraine.
