The dissertation examines the theoretical and practical aspects of the world financial market functioning and development in the terms of globalisation. In this work modern financial market instruments are systematised and application methods of these instruments are founded. Globalisation impact on financial market stability is investigated. Current situation and future prospects of Ukraine's participation in financial globalisation process are studied and main risks of such participation are discovered. The dissertation contains proposals concerning state policy during integration to the world financial market.
