Svechkaryova J. Peculiarities of Law Regulation of Labour in Joint-Stock Companies.

The thesis is devoted to the peculiarities of law regulation of labour in joint-stock companies and the implementing of this law regulation. The researcher studies a corporate nature of joint-stock companies and its influence on the law status of stockholders- employee, the unity and reasons of differentiating under law regulation in joint-stock companies, relationship of legislation on labour including special legislation, statutes and intra-provisions of joint-stock companies. The author analyses the law status of a stockholder-employee and determines the reasons for labour relations of joint-stock companies' employees. The researcher studies the nature and peculiarities of concluding and breaking a labour contract, the combining professions (jobs), holding of more than one office, dismissal, bringing to material and discipline account of a single- person executive body, members and a head of a joint executive body, members and a head of a control and monitoring council. The author makes the certainrecommendations as to improving the current legislation on regulation of law in joint-stock companies. The results of the research are demonstrated in the draft supplements to the Code of Labour Laws, special laws of Ukraine.
