Taushan D. Information and telecommunication technologies as a means of cadets' training individualization at higher military educational institutions.

The dissertation is dedicated to the research of computer-assisted language learning effectiveness under the conditions of individually-oriented training. Information and telecommunication technologies (ITT) utilization effectiveness in the process of English as a foreign language (EFL) teaching as a means of cadets training individualization at higher military educational institutions has been theoretically substantiated and experimentally verified. The algorithm of specialized educational software creation and methods of its utilization for EFL acquisition at higher military educational institutions have been worked out; specialized complex multimedia English course has been created on this basis and implemented into the educational and training process of higher military educational institutions. Its effectiveness as a means of learner-centered education of cadets has been experimentally verified. It has been proved that meeting the determined requirements as to the capacity of knowledge and skillsof both instructors and cadets in the sphere of ITT as well as satisfying conditions of their readiness for ITT means utilization while teaching and learning a foreign language at a higher military educational institution is a prerequisite of education quality improvement.
